Working remote Hiring a remote IT-talent offers both advantages and disadvantages. How about you benefiting from the advantages, and we’ll facilitate the possible disadvantages. We can be brief about the benefits: Access to a wider talent pool. Flexibility and cost savings. Diversity and inclusivity. However, there are disadvantages and some companies tend to get stuck on those .. Communication challenges. Lack of team building. Remote management and control. We think it's important that customers can stay in control themselves, even though you engage IT talent remotely. Of course we help with the housing, physical control etc, but the control remains internally with you. This way the advantages stay at your side, while we facilitate the disadvantages.
