Chris Strausz-Clark discusses how the Child Universal Success Platform (CUSP) Strategic Roadmap is to think about the experiences of the child and the family. Transcript: Chris Strausz-Clark (Third Sector Intelligence): The strategic roadmap for CUSP network is always really to think about the experience of the child and the family. So, if you think about any state, you have operational systems such as licensing or subsidy or whatever. And each of those systems, of course, is really meant to, you know, do the transaction that whether it be the licensing renewal or whether it be that, you know, getting that payment out the door to pay for the subsidy for the child and the family. But you know at the same time, you need to take a step back and take all of that data and try to put it together in a way that you actually can think about how you are actually serving– what is the child's experience as you go through these steps here and so it's, you know, it's building blocks. Starting with, you know you need to know who your children and the families that you're serving. And then, what kind of services they are receiving. And then, enrollment attendants, are they, you know, are they able to enroll and then attend in a way that is, you know, they don't have to wait, or, you know, that there's service, you know, that's near enough to where they live etcetera, etcetera. And then you get into learning and their experiences and outcomes, and so we have, you know, used, it's a its own version, of course, but we've used things like the step framework and easy framework from EC dataworks and such, to really put all this together.
