Today is my last day at Discover Financial Services. Over the past three years I am grateful for the growth experiences and the opportunity to lead such an amazing team of HR individuals. Your commitment to helping our customers achieve a brighter financial future and delivering our employee value promise to Discover employees was amazing to witness. I am honored to have worked beside such rockstars. I am also thankful for the opportunity to have been the executive sponsor of our Pride ERG, working with our Pride community leaders to driving change and making an impact has been a highlight of my career. I hope to see all of you at future forums as you continue driving change together! Lastly, I am excited about my new career journey at Cepheid leading the Human Resources and Internal Communications organization. I am excited about their leadership, growth strategy, and commitment to improving patient outcomes. Their mission deeply aligns with my personal values, my purpose, and can’t wait to see what the future brings. Let get going!!!
