Helping Sales Professionals Grow Digital Influence to Build Relationships and Generate More Pipeline
Hard work pays off. And you can have fun doing it! Our float in the Christmas parade won first prize!🏆 A team of over 30 volunteers in the Emerald Isle Sea Turtle Patrol (EISTP) spent over a month designing and building a float for this year's parade. Why? 👉 Because it was fun! 👉 Because play is important for wellbeing. 👉 Because working on a project together builds community! 👉 Because it brought together volunteers in our 250 member EISTP in the "off season" of sea turtle conservation to keep us connected with one another. In work and in life, you have to put in the time and the reps to reap the rewards. 💯 To sellers, this looks like: ➡️Building relationships with stakeholders, prospective buyers, and colleagues at work that may or may not be on your team (but whose influence might be critical in closing a large deal). ➡️Connecting people to move business forward. ➡️Being a guide to buyers to help them navigate the buying journey. ➡️Listening on LinkedIn to what your target audience is saying and engaging to ensure others know what makes you (and your company) different. ➡️Celebrating wins with your team! 🔁Repeat. Work hard and play hard. You might win first prize! And you might not. But you will have built relationships to carry you into the next competition. David J.P. "One of the most powerful advocacy tools we have is meeting with lawmakers, and your support is invaluable..." I cannot reiterate enough how every letter to lawmakers in support of outdoor recreation, and protected public lands makes a huge difference in our work! Whether you're an outdoor recreationist, or an outdoor business you represent part of the $862 billion-dollar recreation economy. That's a bigger contribution than the oil and gas industry, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture. Each one of us is a valuable metric in our contribution to the US economy, and together we can drive policy. This week Outdoor Alliance and supporters will be meeting with decision makers in Washington D.C. to advocate for America's Outdoor Recreation Act, defending the Public Lands Rule, and protecting more of our public lands and waters. When you write a letter to your lawmakers, it supercharges the work we do in D.C. to protect, enhance, and expand outdoor recreation opportunities on our public lands and waters. It takes just two minutes here: https://lnkd.in/gJrs-Jag
This week, we’re in Washington D.C. meeting with decision makers to advocate for America's Outdoor Recreation Act, defending the Public Lands Rule, and protecting more public lands and waters. Over the next three days, we’ll be meeting the White House, members of Congress, the Bureau of Land Management, the Department of Interior, and Forest Service staff. As we approach the end of the year, there is a lot of critical legislation at stake, including opportunities to protect, improve, and sustain outdoor recreation opportunities on public lands and waters. Meetings with lawmakers in D.C. are one of the most powerful advocacy tools we have, and having your support is invaluable! Help amplify our work this week by writing a letter to your lawmakers: https://lnkd.in/geZqNYy4

15 years of professional sales experience helping people invest, sell and buy Real Estate in Luxury, Farms, Rural Properties, Cottages, Pre Construction and Commercial
Port Perry - a hidden gem for families that's become a beacon for those seeking the balance of small-town charm and trendy waterfront living. 🌊🛶 As a real estate expert in this beautiful locale, I find families are often searching for more than just a house - they're looking for a community, a lifestyle, and an escape from the city's hustle. That's exactly what you find here in Port Perry. But it's not just the serene lake views and the quaint downtown that catch the eye. It's the vibrant tapestry of seasonal events and festivals that bring this neighborhood to life. Imagine treating your family to: 🎨 Art in the Park - where creativity meets community spirit. 🍁 The fall fair - a tradition that weaves generations together. 🎅 The Santa Claus parade - where magic floats down the main street. 🚤 The Dragon Boat races - team spirit splashed with excitement. Now let’s talk about the lasting impact of these events: ✔️ Sense of Community: Gathering with neighbors strengthens local bonds. ✔️ Family Memories: Shared experiences that turn into cherished stories. ✔️ Lifestyle: A reflection of a balanced, enriched way of living. As families partake in these festivities, they're not just making memories; they're also investing in the emotional heart of their homes. And isn't that what truly makes a house a home? To my network: Have you considered how the cultural heartbeat of a neighborhood influences your choice of home? Let's discuss how community events play a pivotal role in the real estate allure of places like Port Perry. #PortPerry #FamilyLiving #CommunityEvents #RealEstateLife

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! 🍀 Today is not just about wearing green or hunting for four-leaf clovers. It's a day steeped in history, celebrating St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, known for bringing Christianity to the island and reportedly using the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity. But how can we channel the spirit of St. Patrick's Day into property and community management? Easy! Here are a few tips: 🌿 Go Green: Not just with your outfit! Implement eco-friendly practices in your community. Think recycling programs, energy-efficient lighting, and encouraging bike-to-work days. 🎉 Community Engagement: Organize events that bring people together, much like the communal celebrations of St. Patrick's Day. A community potluck or a green-themed party can do wonders for neighborly bonds. 🌍 Inclusivity Matters: St. Patrick's Day is celebrated worldwide, em we bracing people of all backgrounds. Ensure your community feels welcome and valued, regardless of their origin. 📚 Educate and Share: Use your community bulletin or social media to share fun facts about St. Patrick's Day, spreading knowledge and joy. Let's take inspiration from this day to not only wear green but also to think green and act in ways that foster a strong, inclusive, and joyful community. May the luck of the Irish be with you today and always! 🍀🏡🌟 #RESCONGreen #StPatricksDay #CommunityManagement #GoGreen #Inclusivity #Sustainability #PropertyManagement #CelebrateCommunity

As we close out public lands month, we are gearing up to bring outdoor recreation voices to lawmakers in support of protecting the public lands and waters we all love. Next month, a crew of Outdoor Alliance staff, partners, and supporters will be meeting with decision makers in Washington D.C. to advocate for America's Outdoor Recreation Act, defending the Public Lands Rule, and protecting more public lands and waters. Meetings with lawmakers in D.C. are one of the most powerful advocacy tools we have. When we go to D.C. offices, they often want to know how many letters they are getting on an issue from their constituents. Write a letter to your lawmakers in support of America’s Outdoor Recreation Act: https://lnkd.in/geZqNYy4

Understand the guidelines and policies Most aspects of healthcare are covered by clinical guidelines and policies, which outline: which treatments are most likely to work for you how your healthcare professionals should interact with you in general the quality of service they should provide. Examples of these documents include: National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines, which outline evidence-based treatment options for different conditions. (Find out more on the NICE website.) Confidentiality and data protection policies, which outline your rights regarding any personal information your doctor holds about you, and what they must do to keep it private. Codes of practice for people who are members of professional bodies, for example doctors, nurses and accredited counsellors. Complaints procedures. These should be accessible and easy to find using a web search, but you can also ask your doctor or healthcare provider to show them to you. Find an advocate An advocate is an independent person who is there to represent your opinion and help make your voice heard. This can be extremely helpful if you are finding it hard to let healthcare professionals know what you want, or you're facing barriers to getting support. An advocate can: come with you to appointments help you ask questions and assert your wishes support you if you want to make a complaint or appeal any decisions. A friend, family member or carer might be willing to act as your advocate informally. Or you could consider professional advocacy services. (See our pages on advocacy for more information, including how to find an advocate.)
