It’s the middle of the week and we are still just as motivated as a Monday morning to help get people to the position they are qualified for and excited about! We often see posts from the job seekers perspective regarding the application process but I wanted to send a few reminders from the other side. It’s ok to: 📆 Inquire about the anticipated new hire process timelines. 🙋🏽♀️ Ask questions about the salary or benefits offered. 🙏🏼 Request reasonable changes or accommodations to scheduled testing or interview appointments. 🤚🏼Respectfully decline an offer after considering the position. A quick phone call or email go a long way. Some organizations even offer text options for more accessible means to communicate. Just remember to let us know where you are at and we will always do the same.
