US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Post

Today, the United States Environmental Protection Agency released the Fifth Edition of Climate Change Indicators in the United States. The report highlights new data showing the continuing and far-reaching impacts of climate change on the people and environment of the United States. New to the report this year are an indicator on Marine Heat Waves (showing trends related to multi-day high ocean temperatures) and a feature on Heat-Related Workplace Deaths. The Fifth Edition presents highlights from a subset of EPA’s total of 57 indicators, which include historical data and observed trends related to either the causes or effects of climate change. The report explores the interconnected nature of observed changes in climate with chapters thematically organized around Greenhouse Gases, Heat on the Rise, Extreme Events, Water Resources at Risk, Changing Seasons, Ocean Impacts, Rising Seas, and Alaska’s Warming Climate. Since publishing the first edition in 2010, EPA has maintained an up-to-date online resource of climate change indicators and regularly released updated publications that present the latest data. EPA partners with more than 50 data contributors from various U.S. and international government agencies, academic institutions, and other organizations to compile these key indicators of climate change. EPA’s indicators show multiple lines of compelling evidence that climate change is increasingly affecting people’s health, society, and ecosystems in numerous ways. Good point, but Think about it—are people learning from the streets or listening to amateur college folks hiding behind administration walls??? Do you think it’s normal to pay over $7500 for an electric bill over 10 months in a single-story rental home in Florida? No one cares at the local and state level about educated consumers or incompetent voters. In truth, the local and state red leaders ignore “measuring for health and energy standards” and investors and landlords keep raising prices to cover up for negligence or incompetence, maybe both, which the taxpayers and voters are funding over time. ( e.g. Taxes and Inflation) Investors and landlords are now renting places without repairs leveraging risk on the next family, who will pay the higher energy and potential healthcare costs due to the greedy landlords and investors that follow Trump’s way to keep profits soaring and ignoring measuring onset for energy and healthcare problems in red states like SC and FL.. Data based on my real-life Certified Professional educational evidence based science training and experiences living full time in SC and FL as well as following both leaders. ESS/T. Martin Ps. Zoom in on set temperature 73 the home is 84 degrees..

After 53 years of growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, and living on the East Coast, West Coast, and in the South with environmental allergies and acute exacerbated asthma, I will tell you nothing mitigates risk for big pharma medicine treatments and provides more comfort than managing indoor air quality parameters and using safer choice products in your home, workplace, or school! #healthyairparameters See Environmental Health and Energy Education Link Below Explains Silent Rising Health and Energy Hog Linked to Inflation: Discover how the interplay between rising healthcare and indoor energy costs contributes to overall inflation. Understanding this connection can help address these challenges effectively. Uninformed red voters, investors, and owners often disregard the importance of maintaining a healthy indoor environment for renters, employees, and occupants. For example, indoor temperatures can reach 84 degrees, leading to increased health issues and energy costs. This negligence shifts the risk to those living and working in these spaces, exacerbating the problem over time. Why and How Can Cutting Corners Keep Happening in 2024? Despite advances in technology, regulations, and public awareness, cutting corners in construction and indoor air quality (IAQ) management continues to occur. “Ask your state and local leaders” that do NOT appear to want to know what they may or may NOT know!! Buyer/Renter Beware: Be vigilant and informed about the properties you are considering. Educate yourself about the importance of IAQ and building standards. Ask questions about the materials used, ventilation systems, and IAQ testing. Insist on transparency and do not hesitate to walk away if the information provided is unsatisfactory. #ESSMartinResearch Buyer/Renter Beware: https://www.wmbfnews.com/2024/07/01/surfside-beach-vacation-rental-closed-after-structural-issues-report-states/?outputType=amp&inf_contact_key=cf1081fa7832e4a1f869e9e5011495f79ee4b048ce23149d13a848abfdc3679b

Incredible job! Perhaps you can share your findings and oceanic data with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and draw awareness to the air quality threats with global warming and the indefinite impact of future LNG development at the Port of Brownsville (planned to be one of largest in plants in the US). What effects will this have on the local eco-tourism economy (fishing, birding, water sports) at #southpadreisland ? Too bad Judge James Cain doesn't understand #climatechange . Seems like some politicians need a lesson in it. #saveourplanet #greenhouseemissions #ferc #climatecrisis

Addressing Health and Energy Costs in the CBO Budget: Address the health and energy line items in the CBO budget. Present your plan for the people to see how to curb rising health and energy costs. Explain how unscrupulous politicians and investors exploit these issues for profit and resist solutions. Demand stricter IAQ standards and energy efficiency measures to improve public health and lower costs. Contact your state and local leaders to advocate for transparency and accountability. #Factsfromrealworldexperienceongoingeducation
