We're proud to share that last year, we made great strides in helping culturally and linguistically diverse customers receive equitable access to USDA programs and services by introducing free, on-demand interpretation services. At FSA and NRCS, customers can choose their preferred language and a USDA team member calls an interpreter to assist in the discussion.
