In my stint as a Community Manager and part of Marketing Department… there are two things I religiously follow, I call them: 1. BEE Communities 2. ARC “BEE Communities” stand for “Building, Engaging, Empowering Communities”. While “ARC” means “Acquisition, Retention, Conversion”. BEE Communities is a process I developed in community building (since the late 90's). ARC is what we use in Marketing to ensure we're all on the same page.
