⁉️ Global Payroll or Global EOR? This podcast explained the difference in a simple way: "Global Payroll is payroll for your own entity. It’s a business that you’ve established in a country, and you need somebody to help you run the payroll for that country, because you can’t do it in house, which is Global Payroll Services. EOR is, I don’t have an entity, I have no mechanism of legally employing somebody, but I really want that talent, or I really want to hire someone there. So how can I do it so that it’s compliant and legal?
