The newest of those offices opened in September 2023 in Taiwan; the others are in Europe (based in Germany), Japan, and South Korea. What happens if Donald Trump becomes President of the USA 2025? Of course, a lot of things will change then. In this post, I just want to mention the potential for Vietnam. Why? As you may know, Trump had a tight economy policy with China. 4 years ago, there was an economic fight between China and the US when Trump was President. At that time, a lot of enterprises tried to move some or all of their business to Vietnam or other ASEAN countries, such as Singapore. That time had great opportunities to attract FDI companies to Vietnam. Recently, some of US companies asked me about the procedures to set up a business in Vietnam because they want to move some of their business from China to Vietnam to avoid taxation in case Trump will become President in 2025. In my opinion, Vietnam will be an ideal destination for Foreign Direct Investors on this occasion. Therefore, we need to prepare well enough to attract a number of Foreign Direct Investors, companies, and capital. HT and I will try our best to support for all foreign investors and Vietnamese enterprises based on our legal mindset and market research. #HTLaw #Investment #Vietnam
