Two Words That Changed My Life "๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐." At Jarvislabs, I found myself drowning in a sea of decisions. My role had transformed from engineer to decision-maker, facing hundreds (not really ๐) of choices daily. Many were pivotal, potentially steering our company towards success or failure. The weight of these decisions became paralyzing. Fear of making the wrong choice led me to postpone critical decisions, keeping us in a comfort zone that was slowly suffocating our growth. Then, a chance encounter with a ThinkSchool podcast featuring Dr. Velumani, the founder of Thyrocare, changed everything. His journey from poverty to building a โน3300 crore company was inspiring, but one piece of wisdom stood out: This simple framework was a revelation. It freed me from the paralysis of perfection and reignited our company's momentum. Since adopting this mindset: - Our decision-making process has accelerated - New opportunities started coming our way - Our company's growth has reignited Now, I'm curious: What simple frameworks have transformed your life or business? We canโt know if a decision is right or wrong, unless we experience it, by the time when we realised it may be wrong we canโt change that decision but we can adjust other parameters steer forward, this is what I understood by โmaking it rightโ. I see that even making decisions are experiments! And l believe there are opportunities in every directions, so we donโt have to worry about missing opportunities!
My simple framework: Start somewhere and go with the flow. This path taught me a lot of things in life and is going to teach me a lot!
I agree! You take a decision and (work hard, work smart to) make it right
