Example: If a user's problem is so complex that it requires specialized analysis and detailed technical knowledge, the 2nd Level Support team intervenes. For instance, complex software issues, network problems, or intricate operating system challenges fall under their responsibility. 3rd Level Support: Tasks: Solving highly complex problems that demand high-level expertise. Upgrading and updating software and hardware. Developing and providing permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues. Collaborating with software development teams and technical engineers. Example: In cases where problems are extremely intricate and require exceptional expertise, the 3rd Level Support team steps in.
