Making launches stress-free & exciting - all without the sleepless nights & emotional drain! Community Management & admin also taken off your hands. Bonus! Certified Launch Manager | Community Manager | Admin VA
How to get the best out of working with a Virtual Assistant: ✔️Before agreeing to work with a VA, it's always best to make sure you're going to be a good fit for each other. You need to know that not only are you going to get along with your VA & that they understand your business vision & needs, but you also need to make sure they have the correct skills for the tasks you require help with. All VAs have different skill sets so you need to make sure you're not hiring a VA who specialises in techie things when really you need somebody who can help with event management or vice versa. You can also have somebody who takes on more of a PA role or somebody to help with general admin. So have a think about WHO you need. ✔️When you've found the perfect VA to work with, you need to make sure you tell them exactly what you need from them so that there's no room for misinterpretation. ✔️Never be afraid to ask your VA if they can help with tasks which require new skills. You'll quite often find that we love working on new things which allow us to grow our skill set & support our clients more. Either that or we have a trusted Associate VA we can call on to help instead with that particular task. Message me if you want to find out if I would be the right VA for you.
