It is great to see the team receive the recognition it deserves. This ranking does not name the many individuals within the team, without whom, none of this would have been achievable this year, or indeed the years gone by.

Managing a team requires a lot of effort. However, there are intances you can have the 3rd-5th person in this example.
I think the better strategy is to understand these people, learn why they are like that and find a way how to reverse their work attitude through guidance and coaching.
Another solution is to have a Team charter that will serve as contract within the team where agreements and punishments are documented. And this is highly effective to implement.
Any misconduct, violations or incompliance can result to action which the team member will want.
