"I'm a real big believer of people coming into therapy with a lot of dignity; that it is not something to be pathologized. Because of different ways the brain is wired, we [all] are very vulnerable to get stuck in weird patterns. There's all sorts of science behind that. That's my favorite use of science, is for de-shaming." -- Just a sampling of psychologist Tori Olds' enriching words of education and encouragement in our final episode of Therapy at Work from Recalibrate. In this final episode of our mini-series, we talk to clinical psychologist Tori Olds of Deep Eddy Therapy about where to begin if you're ready for therapy -- how to identify if it might be time to seek professional help, how to find a provider, how to get the most out of the work, and more.
