Great article. It’s definitely true that the customer experience is going to leverage NLP and Gen AI to help make the call centers more efficient. Because of this, it’s especially critical that enterprises approach this the right way through diverse predictive algorithms, and the neural nets employed to make the experience on par with, or hopefully even better, than the alternative.
