Ok, it is a little bit weird to say, but.. Right after our exiting and unforgettable pitch we decided do not work together anymore. I am not a CEO of FOMO anymore) Ha-ha, I will definitely embrace my fomo by being outside of the product FOMO) Make story short we realised with co-founders that our approach and way of thinking too much different and it does not help us to make a better product, it is our stopper and it will be better to say goodbuy to each other. I don't think that it is a unique case. As far as I understood it is one of the many stories in start up industry. What do I think after all? 1. Girls will continue to make this project without me. I wish one day everybody in UK and EU will plan their culture experience using this service. I do believe in this idea. 2. I used to think that start up world is a place for others not for me. I change my mind. After 10 years producing educational and media products I am sure that I should try. 3. It was short cut but it was sooo insightful. Zappos went from an unpopular idea to $1.2 Billion in just 10 years. I've been a big fan of Zappos Family of Companies for a long time and admire their success. However, if I were to run their CRO, here are the changes I would make to increase their revenue per session: 1️⃣ Let's start with the first impression: The homepage. I'd give it a make over by creating a vibrant hero section, showcasing top product categories, and lifestyle imagery. 2️⃣ Next up, the heart of the shopping experience: The product page. I would enrich it with customer ratings, size guides, and a variety of payment options. Because a confident buyer is a happy buyer. 3️⃣ Last but not least, the cherry on top: The cart. I would strategically place add-on items, complementing your purchase, tempting you to splurge just a little more.
