TI as a Service, known at Arvato Systems under the brand name "flexTI", is an important step for digital healthcare on the way to the mobile telematics infrastructure (TI), also known as TI 2.0. flexTI marks the step from the on-premise device on site to the operation of the connector via a central data center. The solution focuses on the usability of the telematics infrastructure and prepares technologically and practically for TI 2.0, which is independent of specific hardware. Instead of on-premise devices in practices, pharmacies and clinics, the connectors needed to connect the TI are operated in Arvato Systems data centers.
