I've personally been alarmed over time in how Information Technology has become key in influencing our day to day life; and of late, in determining global electoral outcomes; especially when they are "adverse". I've read a number of publications speaking to the trend and thought to share the following from the Kofi Annan Foundation in memory of the former Secretary-General of the United Nation, Mr. Annan.
