Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our company's client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver compelling sales presentations, close deals, and contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  6. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products/services.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  10. Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on client feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of motivation and drive.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
