Possible | AI, disruption, and inclusion

What would it look like to build coalitions to disrupt poverty, pollution, and the prison system?

This week’s guest received a $100 million grant to do just that.

Van Jones is a CNN host, New-York-Times-bestselling author, and the co-founder of multiple social enterprises to address issues of criminal justice, climate change, and social equity.

Aria Finger and I spoke with Van about what it will take to rethink our social systems and build fair, balanced coalitions for change. How can we disrupt the profit-driven prison system? How can underserved communities better contribute their talent and resources? And how can we change our news, media, and even sci-fi comic books to reflect a better future?

Much of the problem of the prison system is that most of the inmates who have been incarcerated in prisons have poor levels of education. The vast majority are learning impaired. Various terms are used to describe such people e.g. dyslexic, ADHD, autistic, etc. The problem is that we do not understand this relationship between health, education/learning, and behavioural outcomes. To make matters worse we place them in an environment - a university of crime perhaps - where they can learn how to continue their careers. It is only by identifying these people - using an appropriate way of screening their health and treating them - at the earliest opportunity that we can ‘build coalitions to disrupt the prison system.

Thank you for speaking on the convergence of environmental justice the the injection of capital and an opportunity to disrupt. It is both daunting and meaningful to have the capacity and resources to help those you've always wanted to!

World's difficult segment in any field of writing is funny writing or produced, present comedy shows ,dramas and movies.as per our judgment funny writing is very genuine and ultra touch for our brain storming.its allows our brain smile attraction neurons to set our body's smile muscles when we feel happy or see funny things and actions.means funny things erase our anxiety and depression for time being.it means funny writing is biggest and major writing work which shows the amount of writer's abilities and common sense.means fun make us happy for time being or some mement.so why we don't feel this happy feeling all the time? Because we dont have wall or we are not protected with our minds rays in capsule where we can throw our positive reflections but can't absorbe negative reactions but how it is possible? If we have the power of our own that we slowly slowly change the shape of world's negative thinking so that our people feel happy, connect, reshape and deliver remarkable outcomes with their own narrative where they feel confident and optimistic.how it possible that everyone feel optimistic and think positive.which machine, algorithms, connectivity, solutions, possibilities, outcomes, frames and liking are making them optimistic?
