Aerospace QA Engineer - Retired
1wI just subscribed to Vector Star. I worked for ATK Thiokol as a Tool & Gage/QA Engineer from 1981 until my retirement in 2010. I worked with a number of great Lockheed folks, some of which are also now retired. A few are still with Lockheed. We worked together during my tenure on the Trident II D5 Navy FBM Program. We all worked together on MRB and the dreaded Gage Committee. When I retired in 2010, the D5 program had 120 consecutive successful test launches from the Ohio Class submarines. I am proud to have been associated with the tri-Party team of “Navy/Locheed Martin & ATK Thiokol (currently a part of Northrop Grumman.)
