This is a long post, but would request your patience, and support.

 The situation due to COVID-19 is taking its toll across the industry, and those of us in the IT,HR and TA are not spared as well.

Most of us here have acquired skills that are IT centric and are very dependent on them for their EMI driven lives.

Also, with many of them were at a stage in our lives where we have other dependencies that are unavoidable, where our jobs pay for them.

There are folks whom we know who have either lost their jobs or are on the verge of losing or are searching for jobs in IT and other areas.

There are those of us who are thankful for being employed and those who are in situations that does not give them any leverage to extend a helping hand to those who do not have a job or are looking for some jobs.

Those who are impacted are NOT looking for sympathy or empathy, but are seeking any possible opening where they can utilize their skills to work and earn their money.

I request all the employers, Business , Delivery and TA leads, recruiting SPOC’s to post any possible opportunity that you come across or if you’re hiring within your company or within your circle, so that those who are impacted can try their fitment and benefit from it, and our team will reach out individually and do the needful.

But while doing this, it would be great if you can take an additional effort to do the following -

·       Contract

·       Location

*Provide target experience group*

·       Junior - 0-5 years.

·       Mid - 6- 12 years.

·       Senior 13 - 15 years.

·       Senior + - 16 - 18 years.

·       Specialists/Consultants - 18-25 years.

*Provide target skills*

*Provide a clear job description*

*Provide your personal view of the company or the team/manager where the opening is available*

*Provide example - on whom you think would be the ideal candidate*

This simple gesture and effort can go a long way in helping those who are impacted.
