What do you want our team to know about Sincerely Health? 

Sincerely Health is a great way to start improving your wellness through small steps and get rewarded for things you may already be doing, such as getting points for walking or running. Whether you have pharmacy needs, want to eat healthier or sleep better, Sincerely Health has something for everyone. Our platform can help you understand what areas of your overall wellbeing need a little more work than others – and finding out which areas starts with a health score questionnaire. 


We believe anyone can achieve good health and a better life, and we play a unique role in inspiring their well-being. 

How does offering Sincerely Health help us live our Purpose and Values?

The Sincerely Health platform aligns with our purpose to bring people together around the joys of food and to inspire well-being, with a specific emphasis on inspiring well-being for our customers and raising the bar through innovation.

Sincerely Health was developed from insights gathered from over 10,000 customers and associates to better understand their desired health goals and daily approach to managing overall wellness. Our Sincerely Health platform provides the insights customers need to understand how diet and lifestyle impacts one's body and mind. We make it easy to make better choices, and will reward our customers to keep making them, until they turn into lifelong habits.

We're building deeper relationships with our customers with this new health, nutrition & wellness offering that expands beyond traditional pharmacy and grocery. We believe anyone can achieve good health and a better life, and we play a unique role in inspiring their well-being. 



What have you discovered about yourself while using Sincerely Health?

I need to move more! I have improved my sleep habits in the last few months with Sincerely Health sleep goals but have not done as well on my physical activity such as steps and calories. That’s my next focus area. I hope to sign up for activity goals and crush them, especially as the weather warms up this spring. I look forward to earning healthy points as I improve my activity levels.

Would you like to recognize any teams/people who were instrumental in the development of Sincerely Health? 

The platform was brought to life through the hard work of many teams in Engineering led by Param Devireddy , Marketing led by Francisco T. Bram , Product, led by Dr. Srisankar Kunniyur and many more. One leader on my team that went above and beyond in preparation for platform launch is Tinnen Lam , Sr. Director of Customer Engagement. We could not have launched Sincerely Health successfully without our operations partners and frontline associate who are doing such a great job championing the platform with customers.

Did anything memorable happen along the way in the development of Sincerely Health? Any unexpected discoveries, a-ha moments, etc., for your team? 

We learned that many customers find their healthcare journey overwhelming –having to navigate medical care, medications, healthy food choices, meal planning and understanding different diets and supplements can be a difficult task, especially for customers living with a chronic disease. These insights allowed us to think about how Sincerely Health should function and show up for customers from a place of empathy – as an encouraging partner, never scolding or pointing out missteps, but always building up and rewarding for even small steps in their journey toward wellness. The way it manifested itself was through how product screens were laid out, what kind of tone we used in copy and how the Sincerely Health brand came across overall. 

What do you hope Sincerely Health provides our associates and customers?

I hope Sincerely Health can be a trusted partner in their wellness journey. As we add new features and enrich the experience, Sincerely Health will provide more personalized insights, content and healthy nudges to create deeper relationships with our customers and associates.

Is there anything else you’d like to share? 

I am really looking forward to 2023, a year when Sincerely Health will gain a large customer base, meaning that we can help a lot of our customers and associates improve their lives by addressing various areas of their health and wellness. This gives our work a lot of meaning and purpose.
