If your device is intended for sale by Samsung outside the United States only, it is not covered by Samsung’s US limited warranty. The device may be covered by a warranty applicable in another country. If repair service is requested in the US it may be repaired at a cost, if it is repairable.

How can I begin the warranty repair process?
Please register your product to start the warranty repair process. Navigate to My Page & Products and select View Product Details for your product. Then, select the Request Service button. Alternatively, you may visit the Repair Service page for further assistance.
How do I validate my warranty?
If you believe there is an error in your warranty expiration date, find your registered device on My Page & Products and select View Product Details. Click the info icon ⓘ next to the warranty information and follow the on-screen instructions to validate your warranty.
