The next-in-line smartwatch from Samsung will be the Galaxy Watch FE, and this new model recently appeared via an Amazon listing that leaked its price and release date. For many months now, there have been rumors and speculations behind a new Galaxy Watch FE, the more affordable smartwatch version that would succeed its previous models.

According to earlier leaks, it would feature a massive price difference compared to the Galaxy Watch6, but it will see fewer features available.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Leaks in New Amazon Listing

The latest report from YTechB unveils a recent spotting of an Amazon listing featuring the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE, its latest take on the affordable and budget wearable. Recent leaks claim that no pictures were available when the publication posted the item on Amazon, but Amazon Italy had the item listed.

It was revealed that the Galaxy Watch FE will sell for €199 in the EU, which is expected to be $199 for the US market. The Galaxy Watch FE will be $100 less than the Galaxy Watch6's current price tag.

On the other hand, the listing also revealed that Samsung has already confirmed the Galaxy Watch FE's release date, with preorders' first shipments coming on June 24.

Samsung Galaxy Watch FE: What to Expect?

The listing also revealed that the Galaxy Watch FE will feature a 40mm size, but there are leaks regarding a 44mm variant. This leaked variant's dimensions are 40 x 10 x 39mm, and it weighs around 26.6 grams. 

It was said that the Galaxy Watch FE would feature the same design as its predecessor, which focused on a round face, and would also feature the same hardware and specs. However, slight tweaks and a new Wear OS version available from the box are coming. 

Samsung's Galaxy Watch Models

The most recent Samsung smartwatch is the Galaxy Watch6, released last August 2023. This watch featured its iconic round face and brought back a classic design. When it was first spotted, it was seen that it revamped the experience, delivering a rotating bezel that is known to be the Samsung wearable's classic design and feature for users.

While there are leaks behind an upcoming Galaxy Watch7 release from Samsung soon, especially as it is nearing the same release window it had last year, there was another wearable that the South Korean conglomerate focused on. That being said, the next-in-line flagship smartwatch will offer a new design that would be more of a circle-square frame, in contrast to Watch6's round face.

For years, the Samsung Galaxy Watch models have proven to be more than an accessory to the company's various smartphone releases, offering massive fitness and health tracking capabilities and improved tech. However, at an affordable price, Samsung is doubling down on its wearables with an upcoming Galaxy Watch FE that was confirmed for a June release date.
