The latest device from Logitech is the MX Ink, and this is not your ordinary stylus. It offers massive features, including Meta's support for Quest headsets' VR experiences. It brings both 2D and 3D drawings for various devices, with Meta's Quest devices adding the accessory to deliver 3D-tracked objects drawn in the air.

It is also regarded as the first accessory that Meta supports for the Quest lineup. The device was originally leaked by accident ahead of its supposed reveal.

Logitech MX Ink is Now Available For All

Logitech unveiled its new stylus, MX Ink, which is more than what it seems. The company markets it as a "mixed reality stylus"  made for the Meta Quest.

The Logitech MX Ink was designed for both two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing experiences. It is applicable for drawing on tangible surfaces thanks to its pressure-sensitive tip and 3D thanks to its positional tracking with full 6DoF via the headsets.

It also offers haptic feedback and multiple buttons for custom experiences.

It is known that there was an initial leak from VentureBeat regarding Logitech's new stylus, which was unveiled ahead of the company's planned showcase earlier today. The post from the news website has since been deleted, even after Logitech's unveiling.

Meta Quest-Supported with Tracking

This new Logitech MX Ink is the first accessory supported by Meta for its Quest headsets, compatible with its Quest 2 VR and Quest 3 mixed-reality wearable.

It can pair with the headset alongside the Touch controllers, allowing users to use both peripherals simultaneously.

Logitech's Accessories for Tech

Logitech is known for its many accessories and third-party devices that help unlock improved functionalities for one's devices. These devices are compatible with many brands and operating systems worldwide. Logitech has previously offered a cheaper alternative to Apple's Magic Keyboard and Keyboard Folio, centering on its take on the iPad accessory that offers both a keyboard and case in one.

The company is also known for its PC and console gaming devices, which are available to purchase, including peripherals like gaming mice, keyboards, headsets, and more. However, it is also popular with its driving kit, which is available to purchase. It is also known as the Logitech G Pro Direct Drive racing wheel, which offers compatibility with different games, platforms, and more.

Another third-party accessory is here from Logitech, but now, it offers more than what a stylus offers, centering on drawing features for physical devices in 2D and 3D for VR. Meta Quest offers tracked support for Logitech's new MX Ink, and this offers a chance to bring the experience to the Quest 2 and 3 devices, expanding more of their capabilities with the new device.
