The company is currently training its own LLM models to enhance its sexbots with AI, as it aims to create companions that react to both movement and speech.

These AI-powered companions, available in male and female forms, are set to offer unprecedented capabilities and are expected to be released soon. Starpery recently noted an increase in the inquiries they received from fans about their latest developments, highlighting a new AIDoll section on their homepage for updates and information.
Starpery, led by CEO Evan Lee, remains dedicated to its original goal of advancing AI technology for sex dolls. The company aims to enhance user experience and companionship through innovative AI smart functions, focusing initially on improving interaction between people and their dolls.
Interesting Engineering reported that Lee recently mentioned that the new sexbots' prototypes are expected by August. These next-generation models will feature advanced vocal and physical user interaction capabilities. Lee noted that technological hurdles persist, especially in achieving lifelike human interaction.
While the basic conversation is straightforward, creating responsive interactions requires intricate model development by specialized software firms. Lee said the upcoming generation of AI-powered sex dolls will feature advanced sensors and AI models.
These sex dolls can engage users with both physical movements and verbal responses, aiming to enhance user experience through emotional connection rather than mere conversational capabilities. These dolls, crafted from realistic silicone bodies and metal skeletons, currently lack advanced interactive capabilities to communicate meaningfully with humans.
According to Lee, the upcoming generation of AI-powered and sensor-equipped sex dolls aims to change this by enabling both physical movements and vocal responses as the company focuses on enhancing the user experience.
China has emerged as the largest market for sexbots globally, surpassing sales in the US, Japan, and Germany. The company noted that testing for the smart voice function is ongoing, with efforts to address various challenges.
Once the testing phase is completed and successfully integrated into production, the company aims to launch it as soon as possible to enhance user experience and foster deeper companionship.
Starpery Technology also intends to expand beyond sexbots into developing robots capable of performing household chores, assisting individuals with disabilities, and caring for the elderly.
SCMP reported that by 2025, the company plans to introduce its first "smart service robot" designed to offer more advanced assistance "to people with disabilities. Looking ahead, Starpery Technology envisions these robots capable of assuming tasks deemed hazardous for humans by 2030.
