Hideo Kojima is a name that has long been revered in the gaming industry, centering on his significant contributions to the world through his early works on Metal Gear, Silent Hill, and more.

Kojima was later known again for his 2019 release, Death Stranding, which became a global hit. Later, it debuted its Director's Cut version, which was also well-received by critics and fans.

After the first game's success, the Death Stranding franchise had massive plans, which first centered on a sequel that would continue the game's plot and provide more for the audience.
