Collaboratively produced with Silvia Álava Sordo Ph.D, in Psychology and filmed in the Manzanares Park, one of the 'green lungs' of the city of Madrid (Spain), the project aims to raise awareness among European citizens about the importance of hydration and how it impacts our cognitive performance. Our new YouTube Short looks at remaining hydrated for optimum wellbeing. Our bodies are approximately 60% water, but many of us do not drink enough. The European Food Safety Authority recommends at least 2 litres per day for males and 1.6 litres for women in order to maintain health. With no sugar, calories, or chemicals, water is the healthiest option. Stay hydrated!
