This role forms a very important link between the business, the supplier and the procurement function and will involve the management of contracts put in place by the strategic sourcing team to ensure the best service and value for Paysafe.

What to expect:

• Support the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance, including:
• Collect supplier performance data to compare against agreed SLAs and target KPIs
• Support group procurement and the wider business by providing performance data reports
• Promote an understanding and awareness of supplier management process and procedures
• Proactively identify, flag and remediate supplier profile and contract gaps for the allocated portfolio of suppliers

• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Build relationships with your peers in other functional areas to encourage best practice and share ideas
• Be proactive within your team by always striving for the highest standards of professionalism, high energy, commitment and best-practice

Your profile:

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Experience of using analytical tools to derive insights
• Experience of managing own projects
• Strong interpersonal skills: works well with all members of the hierarchy
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written: articulate, concise and accurate
• Analytically strong: comfortable manipulating large volumes of data
• Self-starter – motivated and disciplined. Can manage their own time well
