    Everyone working at an event has a role to play in shaping first impressions. Event staff are an integral part of people’s visitor experiences. They are working in a fast-paced environment that requires them to be adaptable to a wide range of requests, situations, potential complaints and emergencies. Tourism Saskatchewan's new online course, Saskatchewan Ambassador, empowers event workers and volunteers to make a lasting impact on visitors while representing the province and community with pride. The course is delivered online in two modules that can be completed in about an hour. https://lnkd.in/g3_xmf3M

    Frontline staff are the first point of contact for any customer. They employees play a big role in making a good first impression and memorable experience and contributing to customer satisfaction as a whole. Check out the new online course, Frontline Sales Essentials, that gives participants the skills to feel comfortable and confident when approaching or responding to customers. The course is delivered in six modules that can be taken at the student's own pace. The entire course can be completed in three hours or less. https://lnkd.in/g2YUeNyz

    Employers wanted: job fairs promote Saskatchewan opportunities to out-of-province job seekers   The Ministry of Immigration and Career Training is seeking employers to participate in job fair missions in Alberta and Manitoba. Ministry representatives will be on hand to support the Saskatchewan delegation and promote Saskatchewan’s job opportunities to job seekers. The Ministry is partnering with Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC), with a focus on attracting Ukrainian refugees that are located in these regions.   Upcoming Job Fairs: Edmonton, July 24, 2024 Calgary, August 01, 2024 Winnipeg, August 22, 2024 Employers interested participating in these missions can join an informational webinar on July 9 at 10am CST.
