No one likes being left in the dark (we're not mushrooms, after all). 🌟 Internal comms isn't just about top-down messages; it's a two-way street where everyone gets a voice. 💼 Want to build a killer company culture? Good internal comms is the key ingredient that brings it to life. 🗣️ Communication is a two-way street; fostering engagement can turn a dull workday into an exciting adventure. 🌊 In stormy times, clear internal comms can be the anchor that keeps everyone steady on the ship. 🌟 Give work a new dimension! Helping individuals, teams and companies influence the people that matter most.

It’s no surprise that trust is at the core of high-performing teams. But conversations about cultivating trust at work often focus on the relationship between managers and employees. As important — if not more so — is establishing trust between teammates. Research identified five key behaviours that set high performing teams apart: 1) They don’t leave collaboration to chance; 2) They keep colleagues in the loop; 3) They share credit; 4) They believe disagreements make them better; and 5) They proactively address tension. Struggling with this? Get in touch with the team Beaumont to hear how we can support you with our tailored team navigator process. #highperformingteams #trust #collaboration #strategyconsulting

Passionate communicator and storyteller. Asker of the tough questions. Slayer of corporate jargon.

I had an old boss who used to say this constantly (can you think who Verity Arndt?) It taught me to be someone who adores picking apart a problem and figuring out some answers. That said, I can see that it might be more of a blocker for less experienced team members. If you can't figure out a solution, you might be more reticent to raise potential issues. Maybe we should rephrase this to "If you've found a problem, let's work together on a solution". What do you think?
