This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of myQuiz Terms & Conditions and describes how WaveAccess USA (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes personal data about our customers and visitors of www.myquiz.org (“you” or “your”). Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning given to them in myQuiz Terms & Conditions.

We recognize the importance of privacy concerns especially in the digital environment. With this in mind, we have adopted this Privacy Policy. On www.myquiz.org (hereinafter – “Website”) we collect personal information in two forms. One form is information that we expressly request you to provide in order for us to provide you with the Service. When we refer to personal data (or personal information) we mean any information of any kind relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Please mind that according to CCPA personal information does not include de-identified or aggregated consumer information.

    We do not collect any personal information from visitors of our Web-site. Visitors who do not create a Website Account can visit our Website anonymously.

Of note, we do not access or store your credit card sensitive authentication data, such as a cardholder’s CID (card identification number), CVV, PIN (personal identification number) or a card’s magnetic stripe data. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Non-sensitive information is kept safe and secure subject to PCI Security Standards for the purposes of processing your Service subscriptions only. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

  • Your content: Certain aspects of myQuiz user experience involve uploading posts and photos for use in the Social Media Wall experience or in other interactive experiences.
  • Technical and usage information: We may automatically collect information on how you interact with myQuiz. This may include registration referral, referrer URL, the date of registration, IP addresses, the time of last log in and visit, information from cookies and other tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”), as well as other types of usage data (see definitions below).
  • Information from third parties: From time to time, we may receive personal data from other legitimate sources and third parties such as WaveAccess group of companies, data aggregators, marketing partners, public sources or social networks. We may also receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or other services we provide within the WaveAccess group of companies.

Failure to provide mandatory information may make it impossible for us to offer you our products or services, or perform a respective action you are requesting. You are free to provide any non-mandatory information at your discretion.

Under no circumstances we collect or process special categories of personal data such as your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, genetic or biometric data.

We or our service providers may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. We may not be able to honor your request if we won’t verify your identity. Main Definitions
