Then sign up for our event LMU IEC x Philipp Goller | Storytelling Workshop. 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁: Good and well-told stories increase the chance of being successful with our communication - selling more products, finding supporters for our project, investors for our start-up, etc. In this workshop, we will first be introduced to a simple and clearly structured method to develop a story of our product or project that is relevant and compelling to our target audience. In the second step, we will learn what we need to consider when presenting this story via different channels and to different target groups. We will explore and practice these methods using practical examples. Ideally, participants will already bring a project for which they want to develop a story. 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿: Philipp Goller has been helping companies and organizations develop and present compelling stories for more than 20 years and particularly enjoys helping clients whose great ideas and projects have not yet realized their potential due to suboptimal communication. He studied journalism at the LMU Munich and graduated as a communication consultant and trainer at the Schulz-von-Thun Institute for Communication. 🎉 𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭! The Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München Impact Entrepreneurship Day (IED) puts impact-driven innovation and entrepreneurship at the forefront. Hosted by Ali Aslan Gümüsay and Jelena Spanjol the IED combined multiple formats, impact-related activities and the assembly of the #ImpactAllianz.   After the welcoming words of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Bernd Huber, Zarah Bruhn, the commissioner for social innovation at the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, and alumna of the former LMU Accelerator (now the LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center Incubator) is thrilled to see that impact entrepreneurship is on its way of becoming the new standard for innovation projects. The panel, comprising of Ellinor Schweyer, Julian Jantke, Britta M. Gossel, Laura Marie Edinger-Schons, Christine Volkmann, and Carsten Gerhardt, discussed the transformative potential of impact-driven initiatives and defined three action items: 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞! To scale positive impact, we need to join forces across industries, regions, and company growth stages to embrace an impact performance perspective; 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: #Changemakers prove solutions can be implemented. Follow their trail to accomplish results in your domain.  𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 to create an impact entrepreneurship pipeline with a supporting ecosystem. The workshop 𝑈𝑛𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑆𝑜𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑡𝑦: 𝑆𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑜𝑛 𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑙𝑒𝑑𝑔𝑒 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑓𝑒𝑟 𝐸𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑔𝑒, hosted by Fiona Witzigmann and Jelena Spanjol, developed success factors for research transfer: 1. strategically 𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫 transfer and innovation in an academic environment,  2. 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 well-funded structures,  3. 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜e an entrepreneurship culture. 🚀 In May, Prof. Dr. Ali Aslan Gümüsay held a lecture on "𝗘𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗹𝘁 – 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗴 𝗳ü𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗻!" in front of a diverse audience at @LMU. Our visitors from the age of four to ninety could learn more about effective leadership with a focus on fostering diversity in organizations for sustainable growth. 🌱 With examples ranging from Alice in Wonderland to illustrating goal plurality with planting trees or saving lives, we discussed topics such as the paradigm shifts from unicorns to zebras, value diversity, and the blurring of organizational boundaries.
