They set out to launch hydro turbines at a 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 €𝟳𝟬𝗸 each. However, they faced 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀, exacerbated by COVID-19, causing their production 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗸𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 €𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗸 per unit. 🚫 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲, leading to the unfortunate 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 within less than two years.
