Notability

[edit]

See the discussion at:

This is one of a series of 32 articles about Fellows of the Royal Society that were erroneously deleted on the grounds of notability. Only leading scientists can become Fellows of the Royal Society and all have long since met the requirements of our Notability (academics) guideline by the time they become fellows.

If she is indeed a "noted scientist" then the reliable sources where she was noted would allow more than this directory listing. Write an encyclopedia article, likt the one about Michael Faraday, or get rid of the mere directory listing. Edison (talk) 05:06, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Missing female scientists

[edit]

Saw the article here. If you see this post here Athene, can you red link some missing articles? If you want to see better coverage of female scientists you know you can get involved with the project and at least help us out with creating something like a Wikipedia:WikiProject Science/Missing articles/Female scientists! I and several others here would be happy to help but we need people like yourself Athene who are experts and to root out missing entries!! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 13:27, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
