Description
As Inside Sales Manager for EMEA eCommerce you will work effectively with other EMEA eCommerce team members to solve problems affecting the B2C eCommerce customers, identify business requirements and develop proposals.
You will support the Inside Sales Team members with internal customer escalations and will help to onboard new hire with peer-to-peer knowledge best practice experience sharing..
You will manage projects and execute planning activities (e.g. regional spiffs/ incentives to serve business needs or local temporary promotions to increase sales for specific Lenovo PSG products) proactively.

Description
As Inside Sales Manager for EMEA eCommerce you will work effectively with other EMEA eCommerce team members to solve problems affecting the B2C eCommerce customers, identify business requirements and develop proposals.
You will support the Inside Sales Team members with internal customer escalations and will help to onboard new hire with peer-to-peer knowledge best practice experience sharing..

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor that every Sales team member has its own sales targets
- Do constant reviews of metrics and performance with each sales rep
- Achieve sales targets
- Responsible of coaching sales reps in sales skills, processes or products
- Handling customer complaints, enquiries, and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning
- Prepare weekly and quarterly sales forecast and reports.
- Liaise with 4P, OSM, IT and other departments to ensure consistency and increase sales
- Leads by example, takes the initiative and drives matters onward.
- Build an open-communication environment for your team.
- Effects change and monitor progress.
- Suggest and be involved on improvements to sales processes.
- Hire and coordinate training of new sales representatives.
- Be an active part of all sales meetings and constantly learn new sales and product knowledge that can be passed to the sales representatives.
- BS or BA degree; or equivalent experience.
- +3 years previous sales Management experience required.
- 5-7 years of sales experience, inside sales and IT sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others.
- Language requirements: Fluent business English + another European language.
