The Team

Our ERP practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services covering strategy, implementation and innovation help clients delivering true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

The Role

Good understanding and experience on SAP MM module with direct procurement processes, Supply Chain oriented, not just indirect process, with knowledge in the integration with Quality, Plan Maintenance, Customer Services and Production Planning. (10 years of experience)

• Planning, detailed plan and PoP - track progress v plan
• Help compile status report from Deployment team to Product Development team and to the Program
• Jira management for PIs, risks/issues, LLTI's (request towards Product Development and report to Initiative)
• Organize/maintain Trello board for request to cPMO/manage huddles
• Meeting support/rada lists
• Ad hoc meeting minutes
• Assist in preparing slides for governance
• Main link to methodology teams
• Delivery of PMM deliverables
• Agile methodology experience understanding of the Program Initiative, Product teams, roles, and ceremonies in Agile
  
  
  

Experience Managing Program And Project Plan.

• Contribute to communicate and track all the Deployment deliverables according to the Program Plan
• Understanding of the Program Methodology and communication to the team members
• Understanding of the scope of the Program scope for Procurement Solutions
  
  
  

Good communication and proactive attitude.

• Coordination with other teams lead the execution of the process workshops and alignment sessions with the Deployment sites
• Coordination with other Capabilities/Streams for alignment on cross-functional topics
• Approval of Solution handover to the Service operation after the Hypercare
• Good Presentation & Communication skills
• Coach oriented profile assuring team set up and task assignment with clarity on the Program goals, encouraging the team to be self-manage and helping them to develop a learning culture
  
  
  

Prior experience working on a Global Template rollout would be a benefit.

• Experience in S/4 HANA is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience in Pharma industry is a plus
  
  
  

Requirements

About You

We are looking for an ERP Program Lead with extensive SAP delivery experience. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles
• Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
• Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
