From the VEGETABLES business unit, we are looking for a Global Product Manager. This figure can be either located in Barcelona, Almería or Murcia.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will be responsible for defining and leading the species (Watermelon and Melon) strategy at global level, defining current and future product specifications for each segment.
To define species priorities together with the Crop Breeding Lead and his/her team of breeders, aligning resources with market opportunities.
To coordinate product development in different countries with the Marketing & Sales Managers, monitoring all development processes (Trial Plan, trial evaluation, variety progress management, etc.)

Requirements:
You are the talent we are looking for if...
Fluent English & Spanish is a must.
Degree in Agronomic Engineering or similar. Master is desirable.
Minimum experience of 10 years in the vegetable seed business. Experience in the production and/or sales of melon and watermelon will be also considered
Skills: Strategic vision, commercial, creativity, autonomy and managing relationship
Technical knowledge of the crops (melon/watermelon). Global knowledge is desirable.
Be able to travel (30 to 40% of the time)
You are located either in our office in Barcelona, Almería or Murcia.
