YOUR MISSION

As an HR Advisor for Louis Vuitton Turkey, you will be based in Madrid supporting the Retail Team and HRBP to achieve the HR team’s objectives. You will be the first point of contact for employees on all HR functions supporting our 5 Louis Vuitton stores across Istanbul: Istinye Park, Zorlu, Emaar Square, Nisantasi, Airport Store, our 2 Louis Vuitton resorts located at Bodrum: Marina and Mandarin Oriental, and our new store opening soon in Izmir.

Job responsibilities

Retail and HRBP Support activities:

• Support daily the HRBP with HR topics including recruitment, career management, training, and HR administration.
• Closely collaborate with Retail teams across all five permanent stores, and two seasonal stores.
• Proactively source and actively recruit client advisors for the region – this includes the full 360 recruitment process from recruitment brief and sourcing, interview process through to contract generation, administering reference checks as well as offers and payroll onboarding.
• Build a network of candidates through proactive search, professional networks, and education partnerships.
• Support in preparing onboarding packages for new employees.
• Participate in Career and Talent Development actions within LV (identify key talents, develop career plans, improve the training and learning offer for employees)
• Explore new projects and HR initiatives on the different countries, like Turkey or Morocco, draft proposals to implement your innovative ideas and vision and present it to the team.
  
  

Administration:

• Support in creating, updating and archiving employee files.
• Prepare HR certificates and any other HR documents.
• Support to ensure perfect setting of the HRIS with regular updates for entry, exit and other changes.
• Follow employees’ entry, exit procedures, and assist them through their LV journey.
• Update monthly the organization charts for Turkey, in direct collaboration with the stores.
  
  

Others:

• Collaborate closely with the HR Operations/payroll team for any HR topics and projects in Turkey.
• Support internal communication on an ad hoc basis.
• Be an HR Brand Ambassador for LV Mediterranean to achieve the best employer branding possible.
