Multinational company located in Baix Llobregat.

Job Description

  • Act as the HR reference person for the French team, among others.
  • Payroll supervision.
  • Recruitment.
  • Compensation and Benefits.
  • Talent Development.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new projects to be deployed in EMEA, in line with the corporate ones.
  • Collaborate in the execution of those live projects in EMEA.
  • Data collection and data analysis to help in making ecisions.
  • Ensure compliance within HR.
  • Bring visibility of the HR field in EMEA

The Successful Applicant

  • 2 years of experience in Generalist role.
  • Knowledge and experience managing French payroll (MUST)
  • French and English fluent.

What's on Offer

  • Salary: 35.000 € gross salary
  • Location: Baix Llobregat
  • Permanent position.
  • 2-3 days of home office
  • Working hours: from 7:45h to 16:45h from Monday to Thursday, Friday from 7:45h to 13:45h.
