HR Manager (Internal Production)

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our Getafe office. Reporting to the Leather Goods Production HR Senior Manager, the Internal Production HR Manager is responsible for the HR programs and projects execution, as well as providing day-to-day HR support for the Internal Production Area.

Your role will be:

• Manage HR Policies, programs and procedures in accordance with local employment law and specific operational priorities.
• Respond promptly to day-to-day inquiries; prioritize requests to ensure high-risk / time sensitive issues are addressed first.
• Socialize HR standards, provide the required information, assistance and solutions related to HR-People matters.
• Legal and Labour relations effective management.
• Address issues that present HR risk/concern, escalating to HR Manager as necessary.
• Fill open positions supporting the hiring process via interviews, offer approval, onboarding, orientation among other activities.
• Execute learning and development programs ensuring talent development plans.
• Deploy the annual performance process.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for HR processes and practices.
• Support the communication initiatives.
• Foster HR process metrics.

What is important for this role:

• At least 5-7 years of HR professional experience in manufacturing environment.
• MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong written and spoken English skills. French will be a plus.
• Communication and influence.
• Change management and ambiguity dealing.
• Time management and organization.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
