Based in the HQs in Madrid, the HR Generalist will be working closely with the Head of Human Resources. With special attention to the Hard Part of Human Resources. He/She will work closely with all the departments to ensure the global analytical cycle of the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary payments, manage employee enrollment in benefits programs, and assist with benefits-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, update HR policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Address and mediate disputes, act as a point of contact for employee concerns, and implement strategies to improve employee relations.
• If applicable, collaborate with unions to negotiate agreements and address union-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, track employee training progress, and assist in creating development plans.
• Create job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in hiring decisions.
• Additional role-related duties as required.

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Working experience in Renewables Industry would be valued.
• Working experience with other countries would be valued.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English. Knowledge of French, Italian, German or Portuguese would be an advantage.
• Other added values: strongly acknowledge of Excel is required.

Primary location is Madrid, with availability for international travel.
