Human Resources Generalist

Role Summary: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in human resources within a multinational company.

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in all stages of the employee recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, scheduling interviews, participating in interviews, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.


Employee Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the employee hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


Relocation Assistance:

  • Support employees in the migration process for those relocating to new locations.


HR Administration:

  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as drafting letters, updating organizational charts, and preparing employee certificates.


Payroll process:

  • Assist in the review of payroll reports for several countries.


Training Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate employee training activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Performance Appraisal:

  • Assist employees and managers in the annual performance appraisal process.


Internship Program Management:

  • Recruit and manage interns, serving as the primary contact for educational institutions and universities.


Time Management Training:

  • Train and assist employees in using the time management tracking system effectively.


Invoice Processing:

  • Process and maintain records of HR invoices accurately.


Corporate Project Assistance:

  • Support HR-related corporate projects across Europe and America.
  • Any other duty as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Labour relations or related discipline.
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience as in-house HR generalist role.
  • Proven experience assisting in the payroll process and HR administrative procedures.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and self-starter attitude.
  • Detail/results-oriented.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different dynamics and processes.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English level Advance (business level).
  • Advanced level in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
