WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Lead and ensure compliance with the company's Human Resources policies and strategies in coordination with the rest of the departments to enable the development, suitability and commitment of people.

• Leading and monitoring the necessary activities in recruitment, internal communication, training, remuneration, succession, assessment and people development in general.
• Ensure timely compliance with HR information systems and organisational structure.
• Leading labour relations in coordination with the HR guidelines and the business area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or similar
• Specialised training in Human Resources
• Over 10 years of experience in the described functions within industrial sectors (preferably automotive, aerospace, or similar).
• Very high level of spoken and written English
• Office 365
