YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for adventurous professionals willing to relocate to any of our 25 countries (find our locations in this link). You will take on our biggest and most difficult challenges, leading multifunctional teams while having full ownership of the P&L and having direct impact. You’ll step foot on a path where you will learn like nowhere else – fast-tracking you to becoming a great CEO one day.

THE JOURNEY

• Fully own business objectives with P&L responsibility
• Build your own high performing team and decide over the right structure, size and seniority of your team members
• Evolve from a Manager to a Leader competing against top tech companies while pushing you and your team to the edge in order to win or maintain #1 position in the market
• Oversee directly multiple departments and areas of responsibility OR focus on overseeing one department in order to leverage its performance bringing more revenue or adding operational excellence
• Devise the long-term strategy for the country or the department
• Analyze business and financial data to take key decisions for the country or department
• Establish and maintain relationships with CEOs of the top restaurant companies, retailers, CPG and financial institutions
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulators, unions and the government
• Get into details, deepdive and problem solve. You will make things happen together with your team
• Develop new business opportunities, anticipate issues and improve processes

• Solid experience in fast-paced and demanding professional environments (FMCG, startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, top internet firms)
• Built high performing cross functional teams
• Proved you can hire the best talent
• Crazy commercial attitude and winner mentality
• Owned P&L and understand how to leverage tangible results
• You're persuasive and can drive influence
• You’re an expert on managing stakeholders, working with peers and leveraging other teams aspiring to do what’s best for the company
• Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
• You ensure the highest standards for you and your team with the deliverables and business objectives
• You are always a step ahead, proactive with potential problems/opportunities and always thinking how to be better
• You are ready to move abroad, temporarily or permanently. You are flexible about destinations as your primary focus is to have an impact and boost your career and personal growth.
