The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out Gaming platforms that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

The Product Manager will direct product development and manage the Product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and translating ideas into strategy and features, following product development from start to finish.

As our new Product Manager, you will be working mostly with the Tech team and Design, to ensure that all pieces fit correctly. You will have a close relationship with the CEO to ensure that the vision of the company is well translated into the platforms that we launch.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for PICKEM by setting the bar of excellence to deliver the best-in-class F2P games and experiences that defines a new category in the sports predictions world.
• Define and own KPI targets for our platforms, ensuring the product roadmap is well positioned to achieve these as well as maintaining backlog
• Develop and track clear metrics to assess the success and performance of product and team, and support effective decision making
• Build features that are viral, engaging, and highly monetizable. Constantly test and implement these and gather data for learnings
• Be user obsessed and drive tangible improvements for users, addressing their biggest concerns, and deliver compelling experiences that will have sports fans and collectors sharing with the wider Gaming community
• Build strong partnerships and work very closely with the Engineers, Designers, and other colleagues, working as a cross-functional and distributed team to actively contribute to prioritising and defining the goals and roadmaps
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of Agile Product Management experience in Gaming, F2P. Bonus if you have worked on Mobile Gaming
• Experience scaling products through constant learning and experimentation in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry
• You think from a user's point of view and want to create the best user experiences, always!
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for using emerging technology and data and user insights to solve unmet user needs
• Track record of creating seamless customer journeys using Agile iterative product development processes
• You love to roll your sleeves up and get things done. We're looking for a do'er! You consistently execute, measure, learn and build again
• Ability to unblock team members when they are faced with significant challenges
• Advanced/Fluent English communication skills
• Peer to peer marketplaces, gaming, social or sports for web/and mobile apps experience is a major plus
