As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing promotional dynamics for various categories and products. You will conceptualize and propose global campaigns, working closely with our Trade Marketing team to identify objectives and create impactful promotional materials. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple departments, including Sales and Marketing, to meet our business goals and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop promotional dynamics for categories and products, including promotional packs and sell-out actions.
Conceptualize and commercially propose global campaigns, including offers and business goals.
Identify and set objectives for the development of point-of-sale materials, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team.
Identify and define potential promotional gadgets in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
Create briefings for the graphic development of additional campaign pieces beyond the main ones.
Define content guidelines for online channels: website, social media, blogs, newsletters.
Forecast and monitor sample and tester plans for each category and product.
Develop training plans and events for both global and local clients.
Control and track product inventory and evaluate commercial actions.
Participate in and support both own and distributor markets.
Requirements:
Studies related to the business field, additional training or experience in marketing and sales will be valued.
Analytical skills and financial knowledge.
Commercial and communication skills.
Professional English.
