The role:

After our successful entry into various markets, 3INA is landing in France, and for this purpose, we are looking for our next Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager in France and the Global Head of Media in Madrid, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day marketing needs across all channels.

This role will partner closely with our brand marketing, digital, design and commercial teams to ensure all marketing efforts are unified.

Your challenge:

  • Oversee the brand's marketing calendar to ensure cohesion across all channels.
  • Define and execute the Social and PR Strategy for the brand in the French & Swiss markets aligned with the Global teams.
  • Manage the Marketing budget ensuring the efficiency of the spend: monitor, track and update marketing spend (awareness + network cost) and fill in monthly trackers.
  • Draft briefs for Marketing purposes & aid in execution of ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Perfomr additional duties as required to support business growth.

PR:

  • Lead and execute the Influencer and Press Strategy in the market.
  • Take accountability for operational development & execution of local PR strategy in the territory
  • Buildan influencers and Press contacts database and maintain close relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders in the market.
  • Develelop and execute brand collabs and extra PR activations.
  • PR Agency management when needed for any projects in particular.

Social:

  • Propose Social Media annual strategy (local adaptation from Global)
  • Create and manage Meta and TikTok Calendars (Instagram stories and feed) and write engaging copies for posts
  • Develop SM assets briefs for the 3INA’s creative team
  • Daily SM Tasks: select giveaway winners, schedule posts, answer community comments.
  • Film Own Media Content: Create social media video assets for special projects (TikTok and reels style).
  • Define and execute the annual strategy of content creators
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Manager to ensure the optimization of the Awareness strategy
  • Effectively measure the success of your activities: update and review weekly, monthly and launch reporting.

Trade Marketing / Retailer Marketing:

  • Assist in creating campaign materials (digital, print, and promotional content) for accounts in the designated territory.
  • Support the Marketing & Commercial teams with administrative tasks, including marketing + retail calendar maintenance, asset organization, and agenda/recap distribution.
  • Support with the execution of special events including trade shows, events and other industry-related events.
  • Complete and cascade new line forms, marketing bulletins and assets for new launches to all partners.
  • Manage all assets requests by external and internal partners (visuals, samples, GWPs, ...)
  • Coordinate and support seasonal Market meetings with key stakeholders (meeting organization, deck preparation, ...).
  • Assist with copywriting, proofing and updates as needed across various assets.
  • Research consumer preferences, market trends, retail landscape, competitor activities and events in designated territory.
  • Evaluate competitive products, including characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Assist with marketing logistic functions such as filing & organizing asset folders, shipping influencer & PR samples, responding to inquiries, processing invoices, updating calendars, updating trackers, etc.
  • Play a key role in planning and executing trade marketing activations across all channels such as promotions, consumer & retailer events to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising plans are executed and guidelines are respected at the point of sale.

What we expect from you:

  • 2-4 years of marketing or sales experience encompassing beauty, retailer, or consumer packaged goods. Nocibé experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to multitask and proactively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, organizational, & prioritization skills are a must.
  • attention-to-detail, adaptability, & a high degree of collaboration (must be a team player).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Working knowledge of Asana, Dropbox, Google Drive, Teams, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (a plus)
